the nes castlevanias are literally the worst out the the series, though C2 is infinitely better than C1 and C3

especially considering had the glitches and physics and loading times been fixed it would have been on par or better than the two adventures, yes

in order for it to be a good game, it would
have to not be sonic 2006

it's like castlevania as interpreted by neckbeard nerds who've never played any games toher htan like god of war or something and they read tolkien-seque fantasy novels and they don't know why video games are actually good

it has the aesthetic flair of a fat balding star trek fan wearing a wolf shirt in his mom's basement, too

I love Castlevania 2, but 3 is a better game. If they remade 3 and added a DS-style equipment menu, I might jizz buckets.
