the only bad thing is that the arms look abnormally stretched in some frames. Fix that and

They're meant to be.
Have you seen those NEO-GEO Street Fighter/King of Fighter sprites? They're 'chibi' sized, so they get noodle limbs when doing some attacks so it has a decent hitbox.

From what I can see, the frames with very long limbs are transitional frames, and won't be noticed when animated.

Yeah, some of the earlier sprites ended up having stretched limbs, but I was more careful about it in the later animations

I'm going to do a clean-up before I finally submit this (!!!!!!!!), so I'll try to find the arms that are broken and/or too stretched and then finish the color issues~
(fun fact: because Fireworks is also gay when it comes to colors [I mean this literally], the entire sheet has about 210 different colors in it. There was only 16 colors in the original palette, and I'm going to run an eraser tool fix when the sheet is 100% done~)
