It could be the importer I guess. That or something on their end. I've always used this Max script I found. Anyway, try this script for importing .3DXML files into blender: http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=179057

I'd test it, but my computer doesn't seem to wanna configure Python correctly since when ever I go into my environmental settings to try to change it just shows up as if it IS configured right. But if it DOES work for you I can post it up in the other thread for people to use.

Also, am I supposed to rip the textures manually for KHDays or is there a way to rip them normally with the correct palete?

Console tool automatically corrects the textures for us with proper palletes. Which viewer are you using?

Also there's a new version of Console Tool. The developers thread is here: http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.ph...407.0.html

And the link to the new version is here: http://llref.emutalk.net/downloads/conso..._demo2.zip

I think I ripped from .NSBMD so that's probably why. But yeah the new console tool looks real neat, I'll have to try that.

Alright good luck. I'm thinking that I should start a project thread for 358/2 Days now rather than posting here.

Alright project thread made. We probably should move our talk of methods and progress when it comes to ripping this game there now.

Oh my I'd like to apologize for not responding regarding the Blender plug-in. It works really well when using it on rips from NSBMD but it doesn't seem to like my Console Tool rips. Kind of odd if you ask me.

Ah, no problem I'm just glad it works. It should really help out anyone who uses Blender primarily. I've really got no idea why it wouldn't work with your rips from Console Tool though. It said on the page that it doesn't work with untextured stuff, but Console Tool's rip seemed to be textured fine so I have no clue.

yeah I put a text file in the folder that is labeled Teh Birthday card

the rippers/makers of teh models who are involved in the MMD comunity are listed as who sent what present.

i tried to make a dollhouse out of luigi's mansion but it turned out looking so freaky it did'nt work at all.
i've only got 8 models left to go and i think i might just finnish the rest of my Philanthropy era Metal Gear models, i just got done watching Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater... the SHagohold is a pretty sweet weapon. I also have a model of the Metal Gear Gekko with bones, it's not the one you ripped but you could use it if u ever get around to turning your Brawl version into a MMD model.
