Well, other than the fact that the left is a mirror image of the right,

you should have more contrast and the neck could be a bit more thicker.

those are all problem's i'd love to adress but i really can't, if i make the neck any thicker it looks weird on the body template, and upping the contrast makes it look too weird with all of the other graphics

I dunno what you mean by "other graphics" but the contrast really is quite a problem, at least experiment with hue shifting or something if you can

and in side shots, the neck isn't straight up and down. Uh, this is the only reference I have laying around, #7 should get my point across or you could just go look in a mirror I guess

If you have to work with a body template keep it in the sheet for people to see & show what the head looks like while on the template.

It's too easy to use it as an excuse when people can't really judge it with context, so obviously it's up to you, the artist, to provide us enough comprehension of the context to give valid C&C.

i don't have graal installed on my brother's PC, so i haven't been able to throw any together
i can definately shift the perspective on the neck though

And I don't have some sort of magical insight to see just how exactly it looks on a graal body; So by not providing an example yourself you'd force my hand into finding one and looking for you, which I'm not gonna do.
