Yeah, the poses are a bit of an issue. I guess Quick Man came out as well as he did because I got a bit of advice on how to make poses a bit more dynamic and realistic as I worked on him. I hadn't gotten around to applying it to the ones I made beforehand, though, but I have now.

also avoid using too much black pixels

I... don't quite follow on the "too much black pixels" part. Are you talking about around the outlines? I'm not entirely clear on the "dirtiness" thing on Bass either, but I might have already taken care of it in the respriting and not known it.

On that note, some fixes... or rather, Mega Man, Bass, and Elec Man's poses being completely redone following the aforementioned posing advice. (It's nice having someone in the house with formal animation training.) We also have a new addition to the roster.

^ Something tells me I'll probably wind up completely respriting Top Man, too.
EDIT: Looking again... scratch "probably". I am going to resprite Top Man. Just doesn't look right.

Yes, I used MMX4 Zero as a reference for Elec Man's new pose. I noticed by accident that the pose idea I had for him was pretty close to Zero's to begin with, so I rolled with it.
