Well without the stats, there's no point since you can switch Pokemon anyway.

Shuffle could instead switch up you're stats randomly. It's risky but could bear neat results.

Well, it would ignore moves like Mean Look, right?

Attack: 30
Defense: 42
Special Attack: 63
Special Defense: 24
Speed: 61

After using Shuffle the card Pokemon stats would look like this:

Attack: 63
Defense: 24

Speed: 30

EDIT- But yeah, Koopaul, although there are no other objections to it, would you feel better about it if it was like a Nidoran thing? BUT, instead of it being 6 pokemon, it's only 5 (the first form can be a single pokemon. Honestly, with gender differences and forms and what not, I'm not sure why the Nidoran's are two different pokemon).

Well, I was doing my biology homework, and I realized something.
A lot of pokemon are based on animals, and that to my knowledge, there has not been A BACTERIA POKEMON.

The first stage would be a bacteriophage, steel poison, (thing that looks like a lunarcraft), and then, early on (level 15 or something), it would evolve into one of two evolutions, depending how many times that pokemon has been healed at the pokecenter. If it has been healed often, it would become a prokaryote looking pokemon. (Capsule body with a flagella tail). It would be water poison. If it has not been healed often, it would become a virus pokemon, just plain poison.

Eh really don't like the idea of ANOTHER split evolution. But still a bacteria/ virus Pokemon has never been done before.

Then the only other option would be the form idea, which could work honestly. I understand the the idea of it either being a mirror or a painting is a bit odd, but considering the reasoning behind it, I think it works enough for it to fit with a pokemon game (I mean we have a caterpillar that can be a moth or a butterfly with is pretty random. I mean with this it's a ghost so being a bit random makes sense).

Idk, no one else has been against it, but maybe someone can think of a more fitting way for it to work? Maybe drop the smallest form and have it as two separate 2 stage pokemon? (I mean I'd rather keep the first form but it doesn't matter).

EDIT- I'm not trying to get on your case btw, it's just that no one else minds the gender based form idea but I want it to work in a way that everyone can enjoy.

I like the frames/arms on both, not so much the faces.

I'm not saying they are bad, they just don't feel very pokemon like. Oddly enough, I could see those faces in a Kirby game.

Excuse my language, but this thread is honestly kind of becoming a clutterfuck of ideas, and nothing is really advancing as fast as it could.

I propose we decide on an idea for a Pokemon, and if everybody agrees on it, everybody tries to make some designs for THAT concept, not an other one. That way we can progress faster and good ideas do not get lost. So many designs are just being left behind in previous pages because everyone is coming up with new things. Once we decide on a concept, we need to put some sketches up and finalize the design so you know, we actually get stuff done.

This is true. I have a hard time keeping track of everything because we have to keep this to one topic. Really the best way to progress is to have multiple topics, but that's not going to happen so we have to slow down a bit.

We also are making a lot of pokemon psychic/dark/ghost, so let's not make all of them like that.
