I'm new here, and am hoping to become a good custom-spriter, as I call them. This is someone who makes sprites for custom or pre-existing games. My first try will be for Kingdom Hearts, making HP bars and the Command Menu.

I would really like criticism, no matter how harsh. I just want to know what I should do next.
Edit: It appears as though the MP recharge bar and the letters for the Command Menu blend in, but they are just white, on an invisible background.
