After several new members have been posting incomplete, bad, or just generally unacceptable sheets on the submission boards, I am putting a new rule into effect.
Members may not directly post custom sheets on any Submission Board; with the exception of a few established submitters who already have work on tSR.
To make things clear; custom sprites would be any sprites that you have made on your own. That includes edits of existing sprites.
This means if you've never had a custom sheet submitted to tSR in the past, you may not post custom sheets on a Submission board.
Instead, post your sheets on the Sprite Discussion board. This will allow other members to critique your sheet to ensure quality. When the sheet is at an acceptable standard, mods will be happy to move the thread to Submissions.
Threads which break this rule will be moved or deleted without warning. Repeat offenders of this rule will be warned.
