What emulator are you using?
If it's anything but Project 64, it makes sense..
If it's Project 64 and you are getting this mess, then you need to get a better video plugin, because it worked fine for me.

i don't use project 64, I'm a 1964 man,
anyway i will just have to make due for now

It doesn't matter, he has to use the Nemu plugin to dump it.

i'm not quite sure how to rip the characters seeing how most their faces are randomly generated, i'm pretty sure that even bond has multiple faces

Well its the N64 so I'm doubtful that the face models are really any different. It shouldn't be amazingly hard to just gather the different textures and just include them all in one model pack. I'm fairly sure Bond wouldn't have multiple faces either other than separate textures for talking or something, but I could be wrong.

i'm pretty sure that there are at least 60 diffrent faces, thats the problem
I'm pretty sure bond has some diffrent faces due the remenants from the unused all bonds code, i may be wrong though
there arn't any talk animations or anything

Surely there's not like 60 for each character though? I mean even if there's like 7 faces for one dude, you can probably just reload an area a few times to get them all. If you want to though, there's nothing stopping you from just submitting only the one variant and just ignoring the rest. Your choice really.

most of the playable characters only have 1 face with maybe the exception of bond
the guards on the other hand randomly generate a face from a selection of a ton of faces based on the development team
