Mostly the problem is that I don´t know how the clothes are supposed to be shaded in a givenn style. If the character wears something that no other in the style. So I don´t know how to shade it...do you understand?

If you need some pointers with mother 3 style, Protoman looks pro, besides the shading on his glasses
Megaman needs some work, Dont outline his chest and helmet, not everything is outlined in mother3 style, it makes it look blocky and unattractive for something so small.
robot masters are sweet though.

want a pro advice?

do something that doesnt look like an edit. even if you tell me "its not an edit its based of from x game" i can tell you these look like edits, wich in any case, despite your efforts, might restrain you from being able to do something original

go ahead, leave your comfort zone and attempt something done enitrely by you from scratch. its about time you start using these as references instead of bases. otherwise you'd be forever tied to so something that just looks like something else that you didn't do.
