Attempt at a smaller pixel art
I think my light sourcing is alright, but I can't get the grass/sky shading to look any good ;-;
Any tips for doing scenery?

First of all, good mourning.
Secondly, the gravestone needs a lot of work. It seems perfectly smooth with no texture, and their needs to be much more contrast. The persons' legs are also shaded oddly when you think of the lightsource. The gravestone is facing the wrong way slightly, too.

you could do with squashing the perspective, looks like everything's on a slope.
tell me more about what you want to do with this piece and i can tell what you can do to the palette etc.

i'd rather get some pointters and lines to properly set the perspective on that scene.
if its your first time working with dinamic perspectives, i'd recomend using some references and/or some tutorials for such things.
