i didn't see anything in the rules about no advertising. so why did my topic get closed? i wasn't even advertising and it also got edited so my links won't show up. mods can do that?

The problem with advertising on our forum is we are paid for advertising. We get paid and we keep the site up.
We don't advertise people for free because we can't afford it - I'd love to support the gaming community like that, but no, I can't - because I have a life and I'm not paying for it out of my pocket.
