Thankfully, since I don't really hold any nostalgia for the original games, the other exclusions don't bother me, though I honestly wanted to get into the originals, I just didn't like 'em. Ah, well. But no Sparx in Skylands? OUTRAGE. Also, Spyro in that game looks... Ugh. Just plain ugly. Who came up with THAT design?!

Cynder's... A more than bit divisive, to say the least. Depending on who you ask, she's either a great character or a mary sue. The latter, I cannot comprehend.

Agreed, Amaze did do a great job. After playing Ghost Trick and Iji, I'm really warming up to the idea of rendering 3D models to 2D animations, if it's done well, you'll get fantastically smooth animation and only people with a good eye for detail will realize that it's not actually hand-drawn 2D.
