are these based on that base some dude made on deviantART? cant remember his name, but they were created from that dragon ball Z game on the GBA.

These are definitely based off of Dragon Ball Z: Legendary Super Warriors for the GBC.

Whether or not someone else created advanced bases based off the LSW style or this guy did, I don't know. This is definitey a lot more detailed than LSW, though.
