Nice, though I think the nose is a bit pointy. And there isn't a nose shadow on the front view. If the light source is indeed where you placed it (Above Him) then there should be a few semi shadows on the face.

Good, but, as pointed by Flying Monkey, the front view needs a nose shadow.
