C+C please. I want to learn more about the style because I really like it.

Off topic: What happened to Darky? She/He helped to get my first sprite ssheet on the site.

It looks JPEG, he doesn't have enough shading and you really need to fix his outline.

Well good start, but it needs shading, and remove the JPEG, make it a PNG. Also add some more colors, and hue shifting is your friend, and fix up the lineart a bit, more contrast, good start GoldenX
