harsh sky over a rocky wasteland

turning the background from an MS paint doodle I did into an actual background for use in-game. this is the first time i've ever done an ms paint to pixel art piece, and one of the few times i've done sky quite like this. suffice to say, i'm still figuring out where i'm going with this.
