If the white background color is the same as the one for the chars, it's unusable =o

The background for the "char" is transparent. Pasted it into MS Paint and got a black background. But besides that, there is a stray gray dot at coordinates 72,167 on the sheet.
Been a while since I've played 4, and barely got to chapter 5. So the char sheet, how is that organized by character? Random, or a specific chapter?
By the way, nice monsters sheet. And a question. Do you have any plans on getting the unchanged counterparts of the monsters from Dragon Quest 4 (as far as I know Vivian was edited for Dragon Warrior 4, but who knows what else may have been edited)?

Yea, Char is transparent, sorry about the confusion. It is also randomly picked. I wanted to test run it for programming reasons, and I decided to just pick those. I'll just edit the sheet later on and add more, but for now I don't have time.
I did not know the japanese version was different than the english concerning Vivian or any other sprites. I doubt I will be able to do this. Though I can read Japanese writing, I am pretty busy with life in general and what I have left I am designing my own game from scratch (artwork, code, etc.), hence why I stopped developing a dw4 game for Byond. I just decided to come by and dump what I had from a year ago when I had too much time on my hands.
I have some more submissions:
Btw, I honestly don't think I can finish submitting. There is too much tiles, objects, etc. to submit for me. So I decided to put them all in a .rar file and see if someone wants to help out. I don't know if I can do this here, but I feel like it would be a waste if I didn't attach it here. Please note that there are very similar tiles/walls and none are duplicates (even though they are quite similar in color). There are some color differences, or positions, or animations. I was very meticulous doing this, so there should be no mistakes in there.
And yes, they are 32x32 and not 16x16. This was because I originally doubled their size (without affecting graphics) to support byond's graphical needs. Just go about normally and shrink them down when they are all on one big sheet like I did in GIMP once you're done pasting them into it. Shrink it 50% without linear or cubic quality "Interpolation", and then save as ".png" and no quality should be lost.
I will try and upload little by little over time, but I could use some help if someone wants to assist with this long process. Done.
Dragon Warrior 3 monster submissions:
All I have from Dragon Warrior 3 is the monster sprites, and I didn't include certain ones that were repeated from Dragon Warrior 4 because they were the same ones (slime, healer, maneater chest, demonite, etc.), just the ones that were different color.
Cheers!

Its cool. Though you have one advantage ahead of me for ripping from Dragon Quest to check sprites (should I say the obvious of Warrior having ghosts follow the party when members die and Quest having coffins follow the party in the same scenario?)
(The advantage you have is that you can read the script better than I can. Though I suppose unless a game was heavily changed, one could play both side by side one in their native language [or closest] and the other version...)

Yes, those were the only two added from my old submission.
Is there a way to revive my old submission post from the old forum? (pixeltendo i think) I created a isometric kirby sprite based on super mario rpg but somehow I lost it. (never mind someone from here assisted, thanks)

Updated one of the monster sheets of DW4 monsters (#3), since I accidentally included a duplicate monster (whoops?), and included the section sprites these forums request. Enjoy. I will complete the rest of what's left over later on (day or two, dunno). Done.
Water: (Note I did not include directional water for the overworld, but the entire resource I collected is from 1 year ago and I do not intend to go back and rip them. Like I said, I'm just dumping off what I already had lying around. If someone wants to add to it, feel free, and credit yourself, I don't mind.)
Walls:
Anyway, this is all I have for Dragon Warrior. Hope to see it on the site soon!
Very cool! Nice one!
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

Update. I found this updated character sprite sheet on my flash drive from a long time ago (within a month or two of this thread). I think one or two of Saro's sprites are missing, as I couldn't find it in game. I am unsure if it's acquired from the Staff of Change or not. Hope I got them all besides those. Enjoy.
