I guess that's the dilemma when a shiny new tool comes out that anyone can use to convert models. Who gets to do it?
If you have them nice and rigged and everything, then sure, you can submit them. They better be good, though!

That look good enough? Please note the image is taken in Garry's Mod, but the model itself does look like that, I just use it for easier posing and lighting.

Should we expect most of the characters here?

Hehe, snazzy.
By good, though, I mean it better include all of the textures that belong to the model!
Speaking of, what are you doing about the normal map textures? The ones for characters are proper, but the ones that belongs to characters seem to be slightly off, coming out purple more and semi-transparent. Did you figure out how to convert them to the proper format, too, or are you just ignoring them?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0XFCBKDpRA None of those models have any rigging, but yes, they can be exported, too. Funny thing is that those models are completely different from the in-game characters, geometry and textures. Might've been modelled by a different person (or group).

And the weird pink normal maps are something that I know how to fix (seeing as I did so for the Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing cars for Apoc), all that needs to be done is swapping the red and alpha channels with each other. An easy fix, really.

And yeah, it's an easy fix, but not necessarily something everyone would know to do.

arg i can't even argue this, I'm just gonna give you this warn for spamming and I'm gonna ask you nicely to put a little more thought into these posts

This actually makes a ton of sense I guess - if the models remain stationary there's no need to rig the models to move
There's no Classic Knuckles within the game in any shape of form is there ):
Nope. No Classic Knuckles or Classic Amy. Kinda disappointing, but oh well.

They should've done. Anyway i've really gotta find out how to rig models. And i haven't seen any models of any of the enemies or objects yet.
Kosheh was in his right to warn you. Common logic says that if all the sprites on tSR are allowed then so are the models. This is not abuse, well the abuse is of the report system but not over warning you.

AWESOME! Could you possibly give us a release date for the models?

I'll be submitting all the models I have (not limited to just Generations) throughout January. I'm really busy at the moment working on models to release for Garry's Mod, once I'm done with that I'll devote my attention to submitting them here.
Hopefully you guys can wait, I'm doin' my best.
I'm patient, and I look forward to them VERY much.
