There's many programs, for these.
Noesis is a good program if you only want to view them. Otherwise, there's
this list of 25 free programs that you can look through. Note: Not all of the programs will work with these files though.

how come some models have bones and some dont?
I couldn't work out the bones for some of them. They were stored differently; I'm not sure even they even used bones, it was so long since I ripped these I can't remember.

do you think you can take another look again, Id like to port these models for XNA/XPS with the original bones intact instead of rigging it from scratch.

forgot to ask, what ripping method did you use? Im curious so I can rip some ps2 models too.
