Something I'm working on for a Super Robot Wars fangame, SRW Eternity.

Any C+C you could possibly give me would be nice. I don't think that shoulder and arm are looking too good...

And just to note, the work isn't 100% my own. Basically one person makes a 3D model, another guy traces that (those rough grey bits you see there), and I refine those and fill in the details.

Add more contrast to help the metallic effect. Especially make the highlights brighter. And addambient lighting. Make it shiny :-D

You're not the first to say that. Maybe I should go for some different colors...

Although there's quite a few jagged lines on the robot, its better to smooth them out properly before you shade it.

And for the girl, the left leg seems a bit bent odd, and the eyes are soul-piercing.
Try giving her some eyelids.

Could be her color pattern. (both characters have their colors patterned layout identically) and the fact both are fliers and might share a similar concept.
