Creators Bias. this is why I ask for help, because I am unable to see problem accurately in my own works.
This is a bad habit and one that is difficult to escape, likewise I frequently try to see problems in my works, I may notice something odd but not be able to identify it, or I may be biased blind to it.
In either case outside help is very useful, hence why I came on this forum to seek it.

I'll take another stab at it and I'll try to put more effort into it tomorrow (albeit a poor excuse, my attention wasn't at its best, today just starting up an older project.)
In particular I'll be concentrating on the upper body and the arms, the legs animation, though it may be subject to bias, I think I've gotten quite well. Its the upper body movement and the sway of the arms that get me, while I'm on this subject I thought it worth mentioning perspective has been a problem for me in drawing for a long time as well as my spriting, I often never know how to stop something from looking shorter rather than at an angle and etc. so thats probably a problem I'll be encountering.

Meta don't expect everyone to think like you because they don't.

If you want to help someone, help them in a way that will help that particular person.

If they don't get it, don't be so quick to blame them. Everyone learns differently.

These are very important things to know about being a teacher.

i dont expect people think the way i do, because that would ultimately be myself trying to enforce my ways into people (thus basically defeating the purpose of providing feedback)

i cant do it either, because i dont really have any ways of pressure nor penalty to actually enforce my philosophy into people's minds.

what i can do is, however, encourage people to make an effort and work their way to figure out things on their own. if someone else can do it(like two users did) then it means the message was clear enough, and that you can do it too. its certainly not a riddle nor a complex puzzle, but a rather basic analysis. one that would later help you work on your own.

dragging this out much longer is undesirable so beyond this its probably best to keep this to Private Messages so it doesn't take this too far off topic, I'll post again when I've made progress on this particular sheet, I've spent all day and might tomorrow as well, programming so I've not had chance to give the sheet another go, but for the sake of learning I will return to it, whether I intend to use the sheet or not.

Anyway I mean no disrespect and I am trying to listen and learn, I'm not going to blame it all on this mysterious force that is "creators bias" and I'm willing to admit its also my lack of skill and experience.
Long story short, I know bugger all about animation, presented with a bad animation and a good animation as seen I may not be able to tell the problem and or fix. I need to know what's what before I can tell what from what.

In the mean time, thank you for your efforts and patience, my next attempt at this sheet I will pay more attention and try to study how it should move, rather than spriting how I think it should move.

That's the way. Good luck!
I really love the sprites actually. The kid has a nice design. So... I'm guessing he controls fire?
I am raising some creatures. Help them grow before they die.
