I usually start a sprite with lines before shading....i see you edited a crappy sprite, making it slightly better (still not good). Try starting from scratch and take it one step at a time.

I suggest making the line art for a sprite so you can focus only on that until you get it right. Then you can move on to coloring and shading.

Dark knows what he is doing, the way you get better is when you practice, start with one sprite get C+C on that and then make others, are these edits, anyway these are totally made up, and the colors are ridiculously ugly. And consider Making another topic, and start fresh and we will see where you will stand, right now I suggest you scrap these, because these will go NOWHERE baby!
