The new "quick launch" update for the Wii U actually feels much slower and less intuitive, to me. I don't like it.

For anyone who doesn't have VVVVVV but can't afford it/doesn't know if it's worth buying, Terry Cavanagh recently released VVVVVV Make and Play Edition. It's basically a free version of the game, containing only player levels and the level editor, for if you want to check out the game but won't/can't pay for the original levels and narrative.

"Year of Star Fox"
Hopefully that means they've at least resolved issues with FX Chip emulation and we can get the original Star Fox on Virtual Console. Same for whatever is holding up N64 Wii U VC games.

Ooooh, if this is indeed a year of Star Fox, this would be a HUGE wasted opportunity if Nintendo didn't finally officially release Star Fox 2.

I hope they do.
Although I'd be satisfied if they just integrated Fay Spaniel into the current canon >>;; Thanked by: Tellis

(06-13-2014, 10:09 PM)Kriven Wrote: "Year of Star Fox" The best would not be emulating SNES Starfox. It'd be reprogramming the game, with the same music, models and gameplay, but with the graphic processing of the new consoles. Basically, a SNES Starfox without any kind of lag. Can you imagine that?
