Do you think a design doc might be a good thing to create to organize all of the current design ideas into one place? If people know what they actually need to work on, I think things would go much smoother. Also, I'm really hoping that a new engine might create at least some incentive to do things.
Sure. A lot were never started on, and if you look at the topics, the ones with asterisks were the "top priorities."
I think I'm gonna have a second look at that roster and hack some people off as well. BUT THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT.

Ton, I tried those two programs and they didn't really work too well for me : x
BUT, luckily I Baegal shared some of his magic programs with me. I'm gonna try them out.
Hopefully I can bring this project on track. I'll even go to the extent of revamping some things. These programs should honestly make me sprite animations 2x faster

Star, if those programs are the magic ones that you're looking for, do you mind letting me know what they're called? I'm not necessarily all that good at spriting animations, so by the time I finally think I've got something nice, I have to go through all sorts of perils to test it in 'unfreez'- only to find out that I screwed something up and need to repeat the process. I'm just thinkin' that maybe these programs can help me out a little bit.
Oh, that makes things easy.
