Could someone rip the PaRappa the Rapper 2 models? [ps2]

I've been at this for weeks, trying to get the models out, tried multiple things, and I haven't gotten any luck. Even though the character models are flat, could someone rip the levels/cutscenes as models? and if so, could you tell me how you did it? Thanks
