I originally only had these in the Games Development section on this thread here, but on suggestion by Previous I decided to post them here too.
Main Character (WIP):
The line-art of this was made from an enlarged version of a sprite made with RPG Maker's character generator.
Animations:
<-Idle
Flurble (finished):
Animations:
<-Idle <-Victory

Instead of having just the tips of the hair bangs move, the whole strands should. Unless they're glued on ;-)

It'd be great if you could get the middle bristles on flurble to bounce like the sides too, and the parts of the main character's hair that aren't moving (not just the strands like previous said, but maybe also the parts by the ear if you can get it to look right?)
Main character's arms are kind of forming like...a square? He needs elbows!

The face on the main character lacks the same amount of contrast his other parts have. Th shading just look way softer than the shading on his hair.

I did a pretty major edit of the main character
I added some movement to the rest of the bangs and made the back spikes bigger and made them flap around. I made his arms a lot thinner and got rid of his "noodle-arms"; and made the body one pixel shorter, and the legs one pixel longer. I also added some more contrast to the dark skin-tone and the grey outline.
I'm still not entirely happy with it. I might try a version with less arm movement.

The hair movement looks unnatural. It looks as if it's alive and dancing instead of just flapping along with gravity.

I tried to make the hair movement look a bit more natural and less jerky,
The animation's probably a bit too fast
I also attempted a walk animation, which turned out ok,

The walking looks like he is shuffling. It doesn't demonstrate movement or weight being pushed to me. I'm sure if you tried walking like that it would look odd.
Here's one that I really like:
also arm is tooo long!! If he were to extend it to the ground, he'd touch it wihout ducking.

WIP of the new walk animation, no arm movement yet. Thanks for the ref Novally;
Also made his arm shorter (his wrist goes to his waist now), and his lower arm thinner.

Looks better, but stiff. I guess it fits the style...but a small edit would work wonders.

I tried to make his legs look less stiff.

Flurble over-world sprites:
My original version of it was in the same style as the premade RPG maker sprites, but it looked pretty crap so I changed it.
EDIT:
Slime enemy:

Movement animation for the slime (WIP);
I got rid of the bones/food chunks for now. I might not add them back as they are kind of distracting.
