I've never seen any of this guy's reviews or anything before, and honestly I'm not really one who watches game reviews much at all; however, this video was recently linked to me and I felt that it was important to share it:

Even though the studio behind Day One: Garry's Incident apologized and TotalBiscuit's original video got put back up, I'd say the damage has already been done. This is just one of many incidents that shows how warped and ripe for abuse YouTube's copyright claim system is. And it seems to be getting worse (also see: the big clusterfuck surrounding Persona/SMT videos that happened about a month ago).
