Wow, I think the only way they could have made Poke Transfer any more awkward is if they had limited you to 1 pokemon at a time. The system is fine if you are switching your team over from B/W/B2/W2, but if you want to send your entire PC, it is a major pain. Boot up B2, fill first box on PC, save, go to Poke Transfer, dump pokemon into the transfer box, go to main menu, swap out B2 for Y, go to Pokemon Bank, send pokemon from Transfer Box to PC box, repeat. It wouldn't be so bad if Poke Transfer didn't limit you strictly to your first PC box.
