I mean, they have to show the most adult parts of the game, so that would be the time where they'd show the dude with realistic fire arms shooting missiles and throwing grenades
Not every game presented to the ESRB has shown the most objectionable parts though. Some games have either been re-rated due to having stuff the ESRB missed the first time, or got away with things that are completely inappropriate for its rating but yet still kept its rating.
The one that I can think of off the top of my head would be Destroy All Humans 2. That game had such great dialogue, but it really shouldn't have had a T because of it, and it later was reclassified as an M in Best Buys at least.

My point was, even if a character has a recolor similar to that of another character, that doesn't mean they're disconfirmed.
Either way, it's not like it really matters if one confuses their character with the other's because their is too similar. Try playing as Red Marth vs Default Ike in Brawl. It gets confusing quite easily. Stupid red cape...
EDIT: Also, Wolf plays vaguely similarly to Fox, but the differences are more blatant than the similarities.

No
No really, outside of special moves and a final smash, not even in the slightest.

I don't work at a game store but my store does sell video games. I work in receiving so I see all the video games as they come in, and in general they do arrive somewhere between four to seven days before the shelf date. So these photos we've been seeing pop up are plausibly real, but it doesn't mean people have actually purchased them yet; they could have been taken by people working in the stores.

I think he's implying that a lot of people got their hands on the game before the release date.

Hey, with all this talk of alternate costumes, maybe we'll get a proper Daisy one for Peach! With a name and appearance change and everything.

Thanks, I didn't know that.
Anyway, the picture there I'm assuming is from a shelf stocker, like what you said.

I would love that, but unless there are additional unlockable costumes then it's sadly already been deconfirmed. From what I understand all eight of Peach's costumes have been seen already in whatever-the-name-of-that-recent-event-was and all we have is the same Daisy-themed color-swap we've always had.

Ugggggggggh i was hoping against hope that "For Nintendo 3DS" was just some prototype title and the real title would be revealed when the game came out, but no, they actually released it with a title that bad.
BARF
I'm not fond of the game being called "Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U" either. Not only is it a mouthful, but it's so boring and generic as well.

Probably because it would get confused with Robin's shaggy light hair (which in retrospect could have been avoided with a hooded Kirby). It reminds me of Kirby Superstar, where the Hammer was the only weapon that didn't have a hat, in exchange for him always having the big weapon present.
Now I wonder if he gets different Monado modes, or whether he'll just use Backslash.
OH! Totally forgot, the Japanese E-shop has a demo available. Only five characters are playable, but it shows the 36 character starters, basically all that are on the site minus Lucina.

No Kirby, Donkey Kong, or Metroid unlockables? I kinda expected more than Lucina to be hidden, but I'm not complaining.
Please let Ness be the first unlock again
