The arm looks better, but the teeth still look weird.
I took a go at it myself
(also some other small changes like I shifted wario's right foot back a bit and put some colors on their gloves, but those are unrelated to the teeth lol)

another stage design, this time the chai kingdom from mario land 1. i made the tiles 2x to make the area look technically smaller, since SML sprites were all really small. a land 2 stage wouldn't have 2x tiles, though.

how's this? i bumped his hat brim up a pixel. it gives him more face room, too
also, here's some tiles for a stage based around sweets

Lol, a peppermint pipe? It kind of reminds me of Super Mario's Wacky Worlds, where the enemies sprites reflected the area theme, like the Koopa Troopas going Egyptian in the desert scenes. Would be cool to see stuff like that here.

Hey these assets look really slick
Just wondering, and you've probably already been asked (and answered) this question, but what plans do you have for these?
A game I assume, but will it be some sort of Fan-Mario Bros reboot, or maybe something along the lines of Super Mario War, or maybe something else entirely?

i'd actually say it's a mix of both. i've got more info scattered around here, but i'll probably make a more organized topic on these forums soon.
EDIT: wiggler
if wiggler doesn't operate like in M&L or Yoshi's Story, in that you have to pop each body part, I will be sad
just sad though
love all your enemy sheets though
the animation is always so good
I love it, but I feel like Wiggler's segments should be a tad bigger. Like, Gooomba-sized. They are pretty expressive, after all.

i dunno, it seems kinda chunky now. making the segments farther apart just makes it look really long-
You could also make the head bigger and call it a "big wig"
though that might then be too big, depending on what you're trying to do with it
