Hi! I've downloaded several models off the site and some come in weird formats besides .OBJ. Doe de .DAE format come with the model's skelleton? If so, what program can open it so I can pose them? Thanks in advance.
.dae files are indeed rigged. You can use basically any modelling program to pose them: Blender, 3DSMax, Cinema, etc.

Adding to this, if you need them in a specific format you can use a program like Noesis, which provides a wealth of various model and texture formats, to convert most files to your desire.
