I sometimes say "quite alright," but I say it in a British accent.

I also move my body when I'm playing racing games (and even some non-racing games), and it is completely involuntary. I can tell you from my personal experience, though,  that it is a 100% effective strategy. If you're not leaning into the turns you don't deserve to win

I tend to use "quite" naturally at times, but predominantly in the statement "Whatever is quite a pain." I don't usually find myself saying "Whatever is quite a good time" or things like that.

I have noticed a few speech habits of mine formed most likely from watching certain tv shows, or hanging-out with certain people, and... ugh... it's just odd... /:
For example, often agreeing to stuff by saying "indeed" , pretty sure a certain character from Stargate SG-1 caused this! lol!

I also like to occasionally tease my friend from Canada by trailing sentences with ",eh?"
(and no, i'm not racist! nor do i take this over-board)

I equate certain numbers to certain things, or cannot help but point-out some numbers.
9, 23, 42, 69, 404, 666, 777 , just to name a few, all stand-out any time I read them, or think of them. Curiously enough, often times when I look at a clock, the time correlates to one of these numbers, or in some other way is... interesting enough to catch my attention.
