Post Layout
#16
I've got some plans for styling posts a bit. But it'll have to wait until I get home from holiday in 10 days or so unless someone else wants to give it a go.

I believe Petie is nownsetting classic to the default view. I'm on mobile ATM so can't do much.
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays

You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

I get what you're saying and actually sort of agree, though the counter-point is that the horizontal layout gives you a clear start and end to each post and can make things easier to follow.

I guess the other sentiment would be "if it ain't broke don't fix it", but as much as I might joke about it I'm not totally resistant to change, just seems this switch-up genuinely isn't working out too well (as opposed to every time they change the Facebook layout and everyone hates it for a week and then forgets about it)
From a design perspective it makes sense that since the layout here is pretty wide you want the bulk of the width to be dedicated to content (in this case posts), but on a narrower / mobile layout the vertical separation is a no-brainer.

I'd offer to lend a hand if you need it, but even with Dazz being AWOL you guys obviously know what you're doing without me butting in and waving my design sensibilities around.
