I am wondering what kind of stuff is going to be changed, because Iwata mentions streamlining certain aspects to appeal to all gamers. My guess is that perhaps saving will be less strict, maybe speeding and slowing time will have some kind of tutorial moment, etc.
Some more things I'm hoping for:
-Razor Sword having more of a purpose. I HATED how the crappy Gilded sword is better than that.
-Bomber's notebook on your touchscreen? Yes please.
-More masks? Nothing crazy, just something to make completing it even more worth it. How about actually having Majora's Mask a wearable endgame bonus?
-More expansive Miniboss rush. The trials cave or whatever in the original didn't have Gomess.
-Surprise additional final boss form? Would break up the original feeling, but I'd love being surprised by that.

I think we could see a "Hint Mask" of sorts, to act as a super guide to those who need it.
I'd also guess that you no longer lose your item count (rupees, bombs, arrows, etc.) when going back in time, possibly even not having to refind all the little fairies in the dungeons. Although that would make me sad, and the bank teller superfluous.
Edit: Also, I wouldn't mind one bit if the slowed Goht down a tad.
Edit-Edit: I overall like Gyorg's redesign, though I'm going to miss the kaleidoscopic puprle-rainbow coloring. I hope not all of the bosses lose that...

As much as adding more masks would be awesome, I wonder how it would impact the part of the game where you give masks to the moon children. Personally, it would make more sense to keep the same amount of masks as always and expand the role of the Mask of Truth to do something like that. Of course, the spider house side quest would have to be reworked if the mask would take on that role.

Rather than having additional masks, I'd like to have a Master Quest style second quest wherein they completely rearrange how to acquire each mask. A new Bomber's Notebook and mixed up sidequests for those people who have played the game a dozen times already in the past.

No But really I'm honestly hyped for this game.
I've NEVER played it before (I had it once but I was like...7 or something. I never had much interest in it but since I'm older I would like to try it.)
I knew it was happening but heh, not THIS soon.

I don't know why but I feel that was done to prevent seizures?
It's my theory but I dunno really.
I honestly liked the rainbow colors too. Why Nintendo, WHY?
can't wait to see Fierce Deity Link in higher resolution, but if they take the rainbow effect away from his sword i will be sad
What Rips am i doing next not sure?

The actual pattern on the fencing looks better, but I miss the rainbow colors too. It helped it feel otherworldly. Ocarina 3d did a great job on the Rainbow bridge to Ganon's castle, though.

I think a good compromise between the two is that the wood of the remake is painted/tinted the same colors as the original, but some parts of the paint chipped off to expose the wood.
Then again, that's just me.

I bet there'll be a new game+ that lets you play as Fierce Deity mask everywhere.
