Ripping from MS-DOS games

Can anyone link to any tool or tutorial for that? Google is a dumbass and don't return any satisfactory result.

I'm pretty sure this would be similar to ripping from modern PC games. That is, extracting from the files (or RAM dumps if completely necessary). I haven't done it with MS-DOS games myself but I have looked at Windows 95 games (Warcraft 2 and The Neverhood) and those have their resources in archives like most PC games.

Is there a specific game you're looking to rip from?

All down to specific games as Puggsoy said - I've ripped from a couple, but again, only where tools are available or the game is stored in a super simple format.
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays

You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you
