N64 sprite ripping (Star Soldier Vanishing Earth)

Wonder if someone could help me with this. I just want to rip the title screens for this game (they're just a static picture in the background), I tried the Project64 texture dumping plugin method but it didn't work for me.

I think I tried to do the same thing to, but I think that I used the Bizhawk emulator which has a plugin for texture plugin, but it seems you have to put in a file path in order to make it happen.
