Well, with some help from Zenhax I was able to extract the archives of this game to their base formats. This is where I hit a roadblock though. I only need this one model, as an OBJ with UV's and textures, and I'm pretty sure those are all stored in this one file. If anyone is skilled at hex2obj and texture extraction, I can have this done pretty quick, but I figured I'd post an example here just in case anyone else wanted to take a crack at the format.
