NintenTools - .NET library for BFRES / SZS / other stuff

Whenever I search for the filetypes in the folders (.cs) I find people from stackoverflow saying to go in the commandline or microsoft visual studio and convert it to .EXE, but I don't know anything about Visual Studio and when I try to install it it won't let me

Then you're probably not the target audience of that. It's just a library, you don't "run" it, you program your own tools with it. In case you want to get in touch with Visual Studio, search for Visual Studio 2015 Community.
