Four Unlockable Characters in Bust-a-move 4 GBC Style?

I have seen Beluga, Mighta, Packy and Woolen in Playstation version. But it's seem they're not in GBC version.
I just wondering if The Great Spriters, like you if you made great custom sprites, making the custom sprite of them.
If you're finished spriting them what i said, I'll put them in Puzzling Creatures that i need.
