As the title implies, I'm working on short horror games.
The graphics are underwhelming, but I'm aiming for a simple yet effective style. I'm going for a mute palette to set the tone of disappearing objects in this project - Lost.
Spritesheet followed by mockup. C+C appreciated!
Updated spritesheet with font. And a mockup of the title screen. Added mockup of the disappearing.

This is looking interesting, I love the house props.
will you make an actual house map (with proper rooms and walls) or a single rectangle though?

Looks neat! I would say the title screen lacks personality at the moment. I don't really get a sense of a specific mood just by looking at it, although maybe you're going for a neutral feeling. You could have the letters flicker while idling, or maybe a letter disappears when the game starts?

I was thinking of keeping the play area to one room, like
Hello HellO
Yep, the title screen's a bit bland, agreed. I've worked on some flickering:

So I decided to make several rooms:
Entrance
Kitchen
Dining room
Lounge
Stairwell
Bedroom
Bathroom
Next I'll post some stuff for the other game idea, Wet!

@Chris2Balls nice project.
What are you using to code it? Or you are only on graphics now?

Looks nice. The palette is a pretty strong contrast of colours. Maybe the water should be darker to convey a grimier feel? Hard to say at the moment.
