The N64 had a release of June 23, 1996.
And thus, the console's 20th birthday has become. Due to that, does anyone have any memories with the console?
I wasn't really in the N64 era, but it was my 1st console. I have some great memories due to that. My greatest was playing Mario Party 3 with some friends, and getting whooped. Even if I lost, I had some really fun times.
EDIT: Derped out. Move to gaming discussion.

happy 20th to super mario 64, the game that spawned the game grumps' best moments
i have memories of puzzle bobble 2, which is pretty much the best n64 game i have in my collection. I've also played mario and zelda briefly but I wasn't too interested in them (the mario 64 remake for DS was amazing tho).
one game i wanna try is mischief makers. the n64 needed more 2D platformers, cuz mischief makers appears use majority of the system's graphics capabilities.

That seems a tad over the top. This is a harmless thread, and was never intended for favoritism.

Well, I got goofed, that's for sure.
The NES is having it's birthday next month, so why not?

Well the N64 is one of my favorite systems. I had some of the best gaming moments of my life with that thing.
Back when multiplayer meant a group a friends in one room, pizza and soda.
