Encrypted HCA Files?

From Kamen Rider Battle Rush (Android) they don't seem to be HCA Files like usualy found. no AWB files, the music has them but not the SE.

turns out they files inside are HCA but they have a XOR of 80 on the header i'm not sure about the rest of the file.
