Looking for an artist to animate multiple anime eyes I have made. I just want to start with the blink of one eye for testing

The eye is separated into Layers, and this needs to be preserved in the animation frames. The final product will be a layered spritesheet, but I am willing to build the final sheet provided the animations.
I would prefer an example of your work pertaining to the subject over a full portfolio, and an estimate for the first blink
