does anyone here know how to extract audio files from a 3ds and a ps4? if anyone here does, please tell me.

Audio files are in different formats in different games for the 3DS. There's a bunch of tools for extracting shit from 3DS games. Google is your friend.
As for ps4, that's impossible right now.

3DS games can be tedious once in awhile, and some may require knowledge of the bms scripting language. But, they're doable. As OS said, lookup a bunch of tools online to help you.
