i'm using neosis to extract models to OBJ but when i open the OBJ file it seems to be exporting the whole scenery and not just the models that i want, so i resorted to blender so i can separate them apart but i don't know how's the process
?
Import your .obj into blender. Select it, and press 'tab' to enter edit mode. Press 'P' and select 'All Loose Parts'. This could take some time. Once it's done, only a few faces will be selected. Press 'tab' to exit edit mode, than select all the meshes that you don't want and delete them.

well since the scene is huge, is there a way to speed deleting the undesired surfaces ? or is it to be picked one by one ?
After you separate the meshes, and press tab to exit edit mode. Press 'b', than left click and drag a box around the meshes you want to delete, as this will select multiple meshes. Press delete and voila. If something is wrong, I'm sorry, I can't use my laptop cause the junkie f**ktard I currently reside with threw my laptop when I was out and its been playing up since.
