Sonic Riders - Zero Gravity for Wii Help

I was wondering about how one would be able to rip sound files from Sonic Riders - Zero Gravity for Nintendo Wii. I'm not even sure about what program to use to rip the sounds, or even what file(s) the sounds would be in. This is what the file directory looks like for Sonic Riders - Zero Gravity for Nintendo Wii:
