How to extract WSB, and WWB files?

I'm trying to extract the sounds of Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, and Megatagmension Blanc + Neptune vs. Zombies for the PC. However I have no idea what these file types even are, let alone how to extract them. I can't find any guides out there so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to extract these files so I can use/upload them for others to use. I'd really appreciate any help I can get with using, and extracting these files.

You could try using Dragon Unpacker 5's HyperRipper. Select all the audio formats for it to find and see how it'll go from there.

Sadly Dragon Unpacker doesn't seem to have support for the files I need to rip. 
I've tried checking Google for guides but I haven't found anything that seems to actually work, so I thought maybe someone here has ripped some of these files and could tell me how to convert these files to another format. But thanks for trying to help at least

It's probably a personal thing, but for me, I think being unable to extract sounds would be a bigger disappointment.
