Those formats are unrealted, and it doesn't seem someone reversed it. On the bright side it seems quite a simple format so someone that knows what he's doing shouldn't have problems reversing it

I'm sorry, I don't have any asset about this game anywhere
I kinda burned out on sprite ripping and deleted anything I didn't post

kinda weird to see people interested in this weird unknown gacha game but glad it helped someone

Understood, if you've got any knowledge to share on sprite ripping, there's a mobile game that's going to be shut off in like 4 days and I'm trying to figure out how to get as many assets as possible out of it.

Every game is a different beast but generally you need an android emulator/rooted device and a packet analiyzer like wireshark or Fiddler that is a bit more user friendly
an easy way out could be the fact that older gacha games used a "download all" button, that way you can just download every file of the game, root the phone/emulator and just dump them
after you have the files you have to understand how the game reads them, but 99% of those games use Unity so it can be as easy as reading them with This
