I already replied to your email. It's either your browser or your zip program but I can't tell you anything more if you don't answer the questions I asked.

Odd, I didn't receive any email. Do you mind PMing the questions to me or something?

I'm actually more concerned you didn't get my reply than I am about the zip files at the moment. Is the email address on your account current or did it possibly get delivered to your spam folder? Here is the original reply regardless.

Petie Wrote:What browser are you using? I seem to recall Firefox sometimes having issues sending the correct file type. As for creating them, I've seen it work with the built in zip tools, 7-zip, and WinRAR. Are you using something different?

No email at all, strangely. My email is correct.

I used Chrome and 7-Zip. I also tried WinRAR and Windows 8.1's built-in zip tool.

Every combination you mentioned is fine so let's move on to some other theories. How large is the zip you're trying to upload?

Also, please send an email via the contact form on any of the main sites. I'll reply again and hopefully you'll get it this time.

Okay, so that takes care of the email problem. Let's get back to the zip. What error are you getting when you try to submit a zip file?

"Error:
Model must be a zip archive."

Are you sure you're actually uploading a .zip file? If you're using 7Zip and Winrar, you might be doing their defaults of .7z and .rar by accident (or in the case of Windows, it was Windows being Windows).

I just tried submitting the file you linked and the system took it just fine so it's not the zip itself. I'm running out of ideas as to why it's rejecting it for you so, as one last thought, do you have AdBlock (or some similar equivalent) installed?

Yes, I have the adblock plus extension. I don't remember vg-resource's adds being annoying, so I'll enable it and try again.
